Whether you're seeking construction data or want to get information out to the trade community, our exchange is your answer. The builders exchange provides plans and specifications on various building projects. You can check the plans out 24/7. However, plans cannot be removed from the exchange the day prior to its bid date.

A weekly bulletin will be sent to each member notifying them of the plans which are available at the exchange. The bulletin includes the location of the project, it's bid date, along with the architect for the project. What's more......if you know of a project that we don't have in the exchange, let us know and we'll get it for you.

Our builders exchange rates are based on yearly dues and can be calculated two ways.

If you are a member of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber, dues are $85.00 per year. With the membership you will receive the benefits of being a Chamber member AND a builders exchange member.

If you choose to be a builders exchange member only, dues are $260.00 per year.

Both are based on an anniversary date renewal, so if you sign up in July, your dues renewal will be in July.
