Leadership Perspectives:

A program designed to develop leaders who are informed, dynamic, qualified and motivated.

Established in 1992, Leadership Perspectives was developed to bring critical issues to the attention of potential community leaders and encourage their active participation in our future. It is a "positive force" in shaping the communities of Kandiyohi County, and is a dynamic and interactive educational experience.

Leadership Perspectives is a nine-month commitment. Participants attend one session each month. Sessions are held from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on a Friday.
