BUSINESS AFTER HOURS

Looking to attract new faces to your business and create a warm, inviting space to connect with the local business community? Hosting a Business After Hours event is a powerful way to make a lasting impression.

These member-sponsored events takes place outside regular business hours and offer the perfect opportunity to highlight your products or services. You may give tours, offer door prizes, share special promotions, and more—showcasing what makes your business unique in a relaxed, social setting.

Business After Hours take place at Chamber member locations on the second or fourth Tuesday of each month, January through November, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.

To reserve your event, email info@willmarareachamber.com. The hosting investment is $200.

HOST RESPONSIBILITIES

Set Up and Clean Up - Consider a limited number of tables and chairs to encourage movement and networking

Appetizers and Beverages - Must adhere to laws and ordinances regarding the service of adult beverages if provided. Please support a Chamber member caterer.

Prizes and Registration - Please provide a registration table. Hosts are encouraged to give away door prizes such as promotional items or gift certificates.

Invites - Consider attending the Business After Hours prior to invite everyone to your event.

The Chamber will provide a door prize box, microphone, signage, and speakers. The event will be promoted in all Chamber communications: social media, newsletters, website, and on Chamber Chat. The Chamber staff will take the lead on facilitating a small program, interview, and door prize selection.
